There's lots of information on this web site. The site map should help you in navigating what I have online. All the info is broken down into logical categories and should make navigating a bit easier.

July 22nd, 2008 - Some doc updates

I updated two of my docs recently.

The Colorado Trail "End to End" Guide now reflects the new maps available from the Colorado Trail Foundation. The reports have been very positive!  Better than the USFS maps found in the guidebook, not as heavy as the TI maps, easier to obtain than the ones via CD. Check it out...

The Quick and Dirty Continental Divide Trail Guide has also been updated slightly. Added the name of Mark Flagler's DVD   along with Jessica "Wildflower" Winter's DVD . Both have been getting positive reviews.

May 7th, 2008 - Updated Long Trail information and added Cohos Trail

Long Trail Info updated: I noticed my Long Trail handout gets a fair amount of hits. Since it was last updated in 2002, the doc is long overdue for an update. I added some more information about planning, updated the town info, and added a few websites. This little doc should make planning a hike of this Vermont classic a little bit easier.

Autumnal Tints - Rambles on the Cohos Trail: In the Fall of 2008, I hope to walk the length of the Cohos Trail. After walking this trail, I also plan on meeting up with my buddy Tim for an additional 50 "bonus" miles. I am pretty excited about this hike. It will give me some solo backpacking time, a chance to catch up with a good friend and I'll also get to spend time with the family. A New England fall should be awesome!  Let's hope my vacation time gets approved! Wink
